You know what i love to do to panhandlers. I tell them to wait where they are (especially if its cold or raining out) and i tell them i will come back from the bank with $50 for them. I then go up to my office and watch them grow more impatient after the minutes pass and my secretary and i laugh our asses off. Its really fun, i recommend everyone try it.
