Tuck Everlasting is the story of a girl named Winnie and a family who she meets, the Tucks. The Tucks have a secret, they're immortal.They drank water from a spring that was actually a fountain of youth. Till the end of time, they will stay that way. Winnie falls inlove with one of the Tucks, Jesse, a "17" year old boy who shares the same feelings for her. Scared of death, Winnie must choose between being immortal and being with Jesse or following the circle of life and dying someday. The Tucks try to teach her how she shouldn't fear death, how they would give anything to die. It teaches the importance and understanding of life and death.It shows that you should not fear death, but to fear an unlived life.

I agree with you, teh book was amazing. But I feel its magic is gone with all the posers like you say. Especially ones who just watched the film and NEVER read the book, thiiking they know everything about it. When they know shit. They should catch up with the real story by reading the rest. Needless, your comment was good.

you know what annoys ME? when ppl judge books without reading them. Just because everyone else likes it you feel the need to bash it. You know what also annoys me? you stupid twilight posers. Majority of the twilight fandom is simply that POSERS! I am a twilighter but I didn't just go and read the book before the movie like the rest of you and am suddenly 'oh Edward your minee' I read the book when it first came out and I loved it! And you posers have ruined it for me so I hope your happy!

CAN PEOPLE STOP BRING TWILIGHT INTO EVERY MOVIE I SEE ON HERE? "OH TWILIGHT IS THIS AND THAT OH NOT AS GOOD AS FUCKING TWILIGHT"...GET OVER IT. Sorry if I sound harsh, I don't mean to be, Twilight don't suck but gets boring with overly obsessed people going on and on about it. Needless, this is a brilliant movie! And is so much better than Twilight anyway I recon. x

Don't EVEN compare that horrible work of fiction to Tuck Everlasting. Tuck is a wonderful classic and Twilight will NEVER be more than a tween read.
